Q. How do I log in?

A. You need to signup for account at our account registration form http://www.teamrfid.com/login/signup.php. We prefer your organization corporate (non-free) email address. (No you@yahoo.com, you@gmail.com, you@hotmail.com or any other web based FREE accounts) We DO NOT SHARE any of your information with anyone at any time, so this should not be a problem or concern.

Q. When is WBT available?

A. WBT is available 24/7 except during routine maintenance or any internet outage beyond our control.

Q. What type of user support is available?

The best way to report problems and get help is to use our Problem Reporting Form. However, phone support is available Call 866-400-RFID to speak with someone directly or send us email at eLearning@rfid4u.com. We will respond to your e-mail within one business day.

Q. I cannot login even after registering with www.teamrfid.com.

A. It takes upto 4 hours on business days to activate your account once the registration is received. Usually it happens in minutes with complete and accurate form.

Q. Will I have access to all the available courses once I login?

A. Currently we offer two courses at no charge – RFID Basics and RFID/UID in DoD. Other courses are available to buy. Once you buy online, usually the courses are active in your “My Courses” in minutes but may take upto 4 business hours.

Q. How can I see a course list after logging in?

A. Click on the + sign beside My Courses on the left side of the page.

Q. Why don’t I see the entire course list when I login?

A. Once you login, you can see a list of courses on the left side of the page. The list contains names of only those courses which are available to you. You will have to pay to access other courses. Details of payment options are given on www.teamrfid.com.

Q. How can I make payment to buy a course?

A. You can order online or by phone at 1-866-400-RFID using Visa, Master or American Express. Company PO's are also accepted.

Q. How do I change my password?

A. After you login, click on your username on the right side of the page. A page will open. Click on the Change Password button. A page will open. Enter your current and new passwords in the appropriate fields and then click on the Change Password button at the bottom of the fields.

Q. How do I edit my profile?

A. After you login, click on your username on the right side of the page. A page will open. Click on the Edit Profile button. A page will open. Make changes to the fields you desire to edit. After editing your profile, click on the Update Profile button at the bottom of the page.

Q. I have forgotten my password. How do I login?

A. Enter your username and click on the Sign In button without entering your password. A page will open. Click on the Yes, help me log in button. A page will open. Enter either your username or your registered email address and then click on OK button. An email containing instructions to help you login will be sent to you. Check your email to login.

Q. Do I need to finish the entire course in one sitting?

A. No, you can re-launch the course whenever you want to. The activation is available for upto 12 months from your date of purchase.
